Last day of my long weekend, and back to work tomorrow. I have really enjoyed myself today, tidying the garage mainly and organising things a bit better.
I only made one thing today, a travel mug to replace the original one I made way back last year. Having been used every day at work, it was starting to show signs of age. A massive oak was felled at work back in 2011 when it became dangerous. I was given free range on the timber before it went for disposal. A fair bit was cut into manageable chunks and put aside to dry.
A worthy replacement I think, and a lot more sturdy than the previous effort.
